Ok I didnt on here yesterday but it was work day for me. Reddy Fox was read first thing in the morning it is the daily chapeter book that Lily and daddy are reading as part of their Little Hearts Program from Hearts of Dakota. Then a little later they worked on Homeschool share lap book of The Great Kapok Tree. Then long nap was finally had by the Lily (momma tried) then it was off to work with her Rightstarts work sheets and her tally sticks. We are trying to make numbers concrete at this point. So it is doing a lot of games and showing fingers trying to stop the counting. She is doing great at adding but I want to make sure that numbers are solid in her head before I move forward in either Math U See or RightStart.
The night ended with a trip to a library and picking up more rainforest books at the library and a book or two that she can read on her own.
